MADE TO BE NUMBER ONE
Little go-kart tracks are it's territory. It is extremely handy, has a perfect weight distribution and has a high performance engine. Polini Minisupermotard is suitable for both young and older because it can be ridden at every age.
Driving a Supermotard is really a unique experience. It is a challenge at the latest curve among pilots with outdistances at the limit, counter steering bikes, spectacular skids before straight and folding at the limits.
The new Polini Supermotard offers all these sensations, it is an ageless vehicle for the amusement of adults and young pilots on go-kart tracks. Polini Minisupermotard has a two-stroke single-cylinder air-cooled 50cc engine with direct crankcase reed valve induction. it's technical solutions are new and innovative. It's wheels have tyres with a tread pattern special to be used on the track.
Suspensions are rigid in order to better conform to the drive on track. Fork and rear single shock absorber are fixed. The bike is supplied with a spring kit for front fork. Rear shock absorber is available as optional accessory because it is not specific for the way of riding to which Polini Minisupermtard is intended. It's style is modern, young and aggressive.
That's why the the new Polini Minisupermotard doesn't only mean power but also versatility, safety and amusement.
NEW FRAME: GIVING EXCELLENT DRIVING POSITION AND BALANCING
The frame of the Polini Minisupermotard distinguishes itself for the design
of the primary structure, single beam split before the cylinder. It is realised
with steel tubes of very first quality and its Resources specially increase
the resistance to torsional stress and the elasticity. The tubes of the
frame are of different diameters, a technical solution in order to have
a better resistance and strength. The swing-arm, realised in steel too,
has got two arms of trapezoidal section for a better resistance to every
stress. These Resources give important improvements: easy of handling, you
are more equilibrated and faster in taking a curve, steadier, more precision
in the radius curve with good sliding and a perfect balance. The rear single-shock-absorber
suspension is fixed. The Paioli tele-hydraulic front fork is now stiff and
no spring is assembled. Legs have been reinforced. The steering damper is
assembled on bearings with cylindrical rolls, providing a better stability
on hilly ground. The Tommaselli handle-bar is realised in light alloy and
has a reinforce-stud. The throttle cable and lever on the handlebar are
made by Domino. The 150 mm. disc brakes have mechanic control. The light
alloy wheel hub are assembled on steel rims. The very smart graphics are
studied down to the smallest details. Realised in anti-shock plastic material,
as the other superstructures, the fuel tank has 4 l capacity.
ENGINE: THE EVOLUTION AND THE POWER ARE THE REAL DIFFERENCE
The crankcase is die-casted in light alloy. The bike is water cooled. The
cylinder is characterised by aluminium casting. This particular melding
ensures a better smoothness of the piston and makes the cylinder more wear
proof. The bore and the travel are of 40X39.3 mm. The lamellar admission
is direct in the crankcase and commands a valve with 2 opposed carbon fibre
reeds. The pump of the liquid cooling system is placed on the rear part
of the crankcase. The starter bracket is on the right side. The starter
is electronic CDI. The Dell?Orto carburetor is a PHBG 19mm. The secondary
chain transmission has a new tuned pin placed on the left side of the crankcase.
The centrifuge clutch with primary transmission is one-stroke type. All
these Resources let this MiniSupermotard have 9,2 kW / 12,6 HP.
WHEELS AND WEIGHT
The new Polini MiniSupermotard have 10?? front and rear light alloy wheels,
provided with special tires for SuperMotard races. The bike empty weight
starts from about 40 kg.
