Polini presents its new minimotard XP 4 STROKE: a highly interesting motard with it's mini wheels, 4 stroke motor, attractive aesthetics and innovative solutions. The frame is perfectly balanced thanks to a very low centre of gravity. The 4S 107 cc air cooled motor has four gear shift.
The new minimotard Polini XP 4 STROKE is excellent value for money. Built with the usual care and attention to detail typical of all Polini products: from the frame to the suspension, right down to the finish. Every detail, even the hidden ones, have been designed to let youngsters (the main target) and grown-ups enjoy the racing.
The new open single beam frame has high strength steel side box-section struts, while the fork is trapezoidal. Together, they let you fully exploit the generous “horse power” of the 4S motor.

The frame structure is designed to guarantee optimised distribution of weight, improved balance, handling and stability when racing on various cross tracks. The single rear shock absorber has a new fork fixing system at the bottom and optimises traction on the straight and exiting corners. No rear bumping, no loss of grip. A modern, elegant, essential line. Top quality finish. Non scratch shockproof ultra lightweight plastic blue mudguards and covers. Metallic grey frame with non scratch decals. As can be expected, all the important details are of superior quality. A handmade exhaust system with final silencer made from oval-section light alloy to optimise the evacuation of the exhaust gases. Mechanical disc brakes; 150 mm front and rear. The hydraulic fork with 33 mm diameter rods has been calibrated to work to perfection on all types of terrain, for professionals and amateurs alike, even adults weighing more than normal kids. Strengthened rods and covers; 175 mm guaranteed front wheel excursion. The steering wheel sleeve is fitted on cylindrical roller bearings: the safest and most solid solution to guarantee stability on rough terrain. The rear suspension is a single shock absorber with specific load. The light alloy handlebar has a strengthening cross bar and fairing, plus a specific position to make it easier for smaller riders to race in a suitably natural position, even on the tightest of bends. Steel rims mounted on light alloy hubs with straight spokes. The saddle is covered with a non slip, non scratch material. Special non slip pads are found on the ends of the handlebar and the footrests. These offer the bike and rider better protection against the hard surface of the tracks in a fall or slide. These pads are made from a technopolymer mix specifically formulated for this use.

The 4 stroke air cooled mono cylinder motor has cast light alloy casing. Lamellar cast-iron cylinder. Single shaft head with a two valve battery. The barrel is also made from lamellar graphite cast-iron and has 52.4 mm - 49.5 mm bore and stroke. 107 cc effective displacement. Air cooling. The multiple disc oil bath clutch has flexible couplings mounted directly on the primary shift shaft. Forced lubrication in a wet crankcase. 4 gear shift with straight tooth gears. Ratios specific for supermotard tracks. Mikuni 22 mm carburettor. Shockproof plastic filter case. Open cell sponge filter capable of perfectly retaining and filtering all impurities
